4. SMS & MOBILE MESSAGING
We offer the option to receive tour updates and communications via text message (SMS).
• Consent: We will only send you text messages if you have voluntarily opted in through our website booking form or another opt-in process. Providing your phone number does not automatically enroll you in SMS communications.
• No Sharing of SMS Data: Your mobile phone number and SMS opt-in data will never be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are strictly excluded from all information-sharing arrangements.
• Opt-Out: You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive from us. After opting out, you will receive no further text messages unless you re-enroll.
• Message & Data Rates: Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your request to be processed.
Transactional emails related to your booking (confirmations, itinerary updates, payment receipts) are not subject to unsubscribe requests, as they are necessary to service your reservation.

We take the security of your personal information seriously and implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect it from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. All payment transactions are processed through encrypted, PCI-compliant third-party processors.
However, no method of data transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure. While we do our best to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security against unauthorized access resulting from third-party actions or unforeseen vulnerabilities.
8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
